Oh, and the skins and the identity repair kit have the value you assign it to it and nothing more. Now I want to play theougg it again with a second Charakter to enjoy it properly I did buy the game when there Was ni complete collection and I played the seasons completely in a random order. If you are patient and you buy everything on sale, which will take you 4-12 months depending on your luck (shared inventory slots are discounted right now) then buying the ultimate collection is the better value.īut if you play often and like to expierience the Story you may prefer the complete collection. I've used mine to level up easy to learn classes to stay at the end of jumping Puzzles for the sweet sweet ~30s/day. If you like to explore one class in depth before moving on to the next you may not need them at all. Better learn your 10skills +1-5 profession skills + 18 traits geadually. But don't level your first Charakter with this. You can use one booster to get a feel for every class before deciding. The booster stays and you can delet the Charakter and make a new one to try a different class. You can use the booster, enter the trial period and check a full lv 80 character out in opend World, then decline the level up. One is great if you cant decide what to play when starting the game. (Especially when you enjoy playing pvp or wvw). ![]() You definetly don't want to use it on your first Charakter and after some time you will have enough level ups (tomes of knowledge) to get a new Charakter instantly to lv80. Lv 80 boost has only value at certain times in your gaming journey in my Opinion. One shared inventory slot will cost you 700 gems or less if you buy them in bulk. I think the Episode Bundles rotate into the gemstore periodically, but I cant see them because I've unlocked them already (every 2-4 months roughly).īuying all bundles will cost 4160 gems alone, but they are sometimes discounted by 20-30% (there is a gemstore history in the Wiki were you can check how often). Thanks for your help! sorry I spent quite a bit of time on reddit and the official forums looking for an answer but it doesn’t seem so straight forward but most people seem to suggest that the ultimate is the better value based on what I outlined above - Thanks!Īll living world episodes can be purchased at any time indivudually. If we assume both are the same in that you effectively get the expansions and living world you are basically left comparing the two 2 x Shared inventory slots and 2 x Level Boosts against the 1x Inventory Slot, 1x Level Boost, 1x Character Slot, Skins and repair kits? Is that comparison right or is there other stuff the complete collection gives that isn’t listed for example an additional character slot? If I am right what is better value? From what I can gather it seems the character slot and skins is better value than the shared inventory and extra 80 level boost?.Does the store periodically get updated and you have to wait for each bundle to come out? Or if I buy season 2 then the season 3 bundle will show up? I can only see a bundle for Living world season 2 currently in game.I am leaning towards the Ultimate collection but have a few questions: 4000 Gems which means you are 160 gems short ( I can either buy them with gold or buy a gem pack) from buying all the seasons which correct me if I am wrong, is when they are on available as bundles in the in game shop. All the expansions but no Living World Seasons.2 x Shared Inventory Slots and 2 x Level-80 Boosts. All of the expansions and all of the Living World Seasons.I understand the Complete collection comes with: Trying to make a decision between the Ultimate Collection and the Complete Collection that both cost $99.
